It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Camille Lynne Ashton on January 24, 2025, at the age of 63. Left behind her adoring soulmate Raymond Tapp, her loving son Corey (Melissa), and step-daughter and step-son Dayna (Gideon) and Ryan. Fun-loving Nanamille to Emmy, Noah, Nathan, Dylan, Jaxson, Olivia and Jacob. Also leaving behind her sister Kim (Osmond) and brother Stuart (Serina), as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and colleagues. She was predeceased by her dearly loved brother Carey (Sharon), mother Beverly and father Malcolm. 

Camille was intelligent, open-minded, caring and always the life of the party. She loved to dance and sing, especially around the campfire with her family. She loved playing games with anybody who was willing, including her favourites, cribbage and backgammon.

If you were lucky enough to know Camille, you probably loved her. Her energy and joyfulness attracted people to her, while her loyalty and wonderful home-cooking kept you close.

Camille will be greatly missed. Heaven is lucky to have someone like her.

The Ashton-Tapp family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support. The family will be receiving visitors on March 1, 2025, at Urgel Bourgie (1275 Dollard Ave, Lasalle, Quebec) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 4:00 p.m. and a small reception at 5:00 p.m.
