Jean Simard
Passed away peacefully at his home on January 15, 2010. Son of Joseph Arthur Simard and Rose Blanche Pontbriand.
He leaves to morn his beloved son Jean Jr. (Diane Fortin), cherished grandsons Jean-Philippe and Eric, along with his sister Louise Massicotte, his brother Léon and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
The Funeral will be held this Thursday, January 21 at 11 a.m. at Saint-Léon Church, 4311 de Maisonneuve Blvd. West in Westmount. 514-935-4950.
The family will receive condolences prior to the mass, beginning at 10 a.m.
The family would also like to warmly acknowledge the devoted team who took such dedicated care of him during his last years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
