Jean-Paul Ouellet
Passed away, in Montreal, on December 18th, 2009, at the age of 85.
He leaves to mourn his wife Aurore Fournier, his sister Gracia Ouellet (Roger Doucet), his children Lise (Dr. Yvan Bélanger), Claude, Marc (Dany Labelle), his grandchildren Émilie, Marie-Josée, Alexandre, Frédéric, Mathieu, Daniel, his great-grandchild Florence as well as many family members, friends and students.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the personnel of the CLSC Métro and the intensive care unit of the Montreal Neurology Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Montreal Neurology Hospital.
