Apostolis Mourelatos
With profound sorrow we announce the passing of Apostolis Mourelatos, age 88, on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at home surrounded by his family. Devoted husband of Giannoula Mourelatos.
He leaves to mourn his beloved children Nicol (Greece), Eva (Dimitris Lygouriatis) and Alexandra, his cherished grandchildren Dimitris and Apostolis Giannacopoulos in Greece, Christos and Yiannis Lygouriatis, Jimmy Malliotakis (Irene Mitropoulos) and Joanna Malliotakis ( George Kasidakos - Worcester Mass.) his adoring great-grandchildren Panayiotis and Theodore Giannacopoulos in Greece, Angelica Melina - Worcester Mass., his siblings, his many nephews and nieces and many relatives in Montreal, Toronto and Greece.
Our cherished father and papou was a devoted family man with unsurpassable honour, generosity and kindness. He will be remembered for his deep love for his family and friends, his zest for fishing, hunting, cooking, gardening, his wonderful sense of humour and great desire to please all those who knew him.
