  • Welcome families and present then to the Directors and the Initial Arrangements Advisors;
  • Answer the phone and direct the calls and fax (newspapers, contracts, pit digging, etc.);
  • Create files and proceed to their verification;
  • Perform various computing tasks;
  • Maintain inhumation and/or cremation records up to date, as per needed;
  • Maintain the calendar for reception rooms as well as the availabilities of the chapel and the assignment of priests.
  • Share appointments with people concerned;
  • Other related duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (DES);
  • Bilingualism mandatory;
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the CCMS software (an asset).
