Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Director-HR, you will act as responsible for the complete staffing process. You will also have an advisory role with managers in connection with their talent management issues, their recruitment needs and will work in collaboration with other members of the human resources department.

You will contribute to the development of the company in innovation affecting recruitment processes, change and continuous improvement. Human resources management has a significant impact on both strategic and operational decisions of the company. You will therefore have to ensure the proper application of the department's policies while being on the lookout for best HR practices.

Requirements

Tasks

  • Plan workforce needs for the entire company;
  • Job postings and management of candidate files;
  • Coordinate activities related to recruitment, pre-selection, selection, telephone or virtual interviews;
  • Coordinate salary offers, references and medical tests;
  • Responsible for the complete process of welcoming and integrating employees;
  • Participate in the integration of new staff, and coordinate administrative activities;
  • Pre and post-employment follow-up of employees (experience measurement, survey);
  • Coordination and monitoring of training for new employees;
  • Enter data into the HRIS;
  • Coordinate the transfer of personnel;
  • Support managers in schedule management;
  • Manage the mechanisms related to the movement of personnel as well as the temporary assignment;
  • Share all relevant information with the Payroll Technician and within the prescribed deadlines

OTHERS FILES

  • Responsible for the management of the uniforms with the various suppliers and the respect of the issue, the renewal or the recovery with the employees;
  • Assume any other task within its competence and at the request of the Director of Human Resources.
