SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

• Meet with families at the time of death to arrange funeral and burial services to be sold;
• Listen attentively to families’ requests;
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of funeral services;
• Ensure follow-up with families;
• Welcome families during viewings;
• Prioritize a high level of service quality for families;
• Meet corporate performance objectives;
• Travel within different areas as required by operations;
• Other related duties.

APPLICABLE CONDITIONS

• Permanent position;
• Work schedule: The employee works 80 hours over a 10-day schedule within a 14-day period, including one weekend out of two;
• Working hours are generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma (DES or equivalent);
• Sales experience;
• Customer service experience in the funeral industry (an asset);
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability;
• Strong ability to learn and understand products and services offered;
• Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written; a third language is considered an asset;
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CCMS;
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
