Your Role

As a Pre-Arrangement Advisor, you will guide families through the planning of funeral arrangements and cemetery products, offering solutions tailored to their needs and circumstances.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advising families and assessing their needs to recommend personalized solutions;
  • Developing your client portfolio and generating new business opportunities;
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with families and cultural communities;
  • Following up with families and prospective clients;
  • Participating in networking and community outreach activities;
  • Managing sales-related administrative tasks and client records.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent;
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in service-based sales;
  • Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales targets;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required;
  • Additional languages are considered a strong asset;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and CRM or business systems.
