Patricia Kuzak (née Prince)
At the LaSalle General hospital, on January 18, 2023, at the age of 88 years, beloved wife of the late Joseph Kuzak.
Patricia is survived by her children: Elizabeth (Glenn), Susan (Allan), Brian (Danielle) and Sean (Julie);
her grandchildren Corey, Kyle, Karry, Shayne, Ryan, Brendyn, Bruce, Kaitlyn, Shannon, Emily, Benoit, Stephanie and Joshua;
her great-grandchildren: Kimberly, Remington, Scarlet, Nikyta, Abegail, Lincoln and Vivian, along with her many nices and nephews relatives and friends.

On Tuesday, January 24th, 2023 as of 12:00 noon, funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm, in the parlor.
