John Nicholas Boyer
On Wednesday, March 31st 2022, John Nicholas Boyer, beloved son, grandson, brother and friend, suddenly passed away at age 22.
John was born on September 23, 1999 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Robert and Miriam Boyer. He completed his high school education at College JDLM in La Prairie, Quebec. He studied Computer Science at Cégep Édouard-Monpetit. He worked as a software engineer for DEKA Research. He was enrolled in Computer Science Program at University of London.
John was a very ambitious, generous and caring son. He was on the verge of great success in software engineering. We knew him for his wit, humor and his willingness to take chances. John is our hero. He would go out of his way to help others. John was a beautiful child who loved Harry Potter, anime and bonfires. He enjoyed long walks in nature. He had a great passion for programming, crypto and artificial intelligence. John remains a determined spirit who can be an example to us to strive to help others. He will live forever in our memories.
He is survived by his two sisters, Natalie and Lenka, his mother Miriam, his father Robert, his stepfather Marc, stepmother Sue, his grandparents and several uncles , ants and cousins.
The family will receive condolences Monday, April 11th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex located at 8145 chemin de Chambly in St.Hubert, Québec. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m.
