Giuseppina Gianfelice Lalli

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Giuseppina Gianfelice Lalli, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend, who left us peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.

 

Giuseppina was a woman of strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion to her family. She built a life grounded in love, tradition, and generosity, always putting others before herself. Her home was a place of comfort and welcome, where family gatherings, laughter, and shared meals created lasting memories for all who knew her.

 

She will be remembered for her kind heart, her resilience, her ability to bring people together, and we can’t forget her tomato plants she loved so much. Giuseppina’s legacy lives on in the values she instilled—love, respect, and the importance of family.

 

She leaves behind her cherished children Teresa (Kevin) and Gino (Lucy), grandchildren, James (Isabelle), Jessica (Adam), Nicholas (Tanya), Samantha and Jordan (Samantha), and great grandchildren Lana, Chloé, Darwin, Sunny and also leaves behind nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends in Canada and Italy who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Giuseppina, who was also well known to all of us as Nonna Pina, will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Her spirit will continue to guide those she loved every day.

 

The family will receive condolences Tuesday June 16th 2026 from 4 pm to 9 pm at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 6700 Rue Beaubien Est, Montreal.

 

The funeral will be held Wednesday June 17th 2026 starting at 9:15 at the chapel of the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 6700 Rue Beaubien Est, Montréal. The entombment will follow starting at 11:15 am at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, 4601 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (https://cancer.src-crs.ca/site/Donation) in memory of Giuseppina Gianfelice Lalli .
