It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mario Pernatozzi on May 23, 2026, at the age of 94.

He leaves to mourn his beloved wife, Maria Di Stefano, and his cherished children: Alberto (Lucy), Lilia (Tom), Luigi (Lynn), Angelo (Elia), and Pina (Tony).

He will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as many relatives and friends.

He was a loving husband and devoted father to his children.

His family was the center of his world.

He had a special gift for making his 12 grandchildren laugh with his sarcastic sense of humor and playful way of talking.

He was also blessed with 6 great-grandchildren, who brought him great joy and pride.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love, laughter, and warmth he brought to his family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on

Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 1275 Avenue Dollard, LaSalle, QC H8N 2J1.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on

Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.

at Madre Dei Cristiani Church, 7935 Rue Lefebvre, Montréal, QC H8N 2A9.

The burial will follow at

2:15 p.m.

at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, 4601 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V 1E7.
