It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Hilde Tomandl (Dummer) on January 6, 2026, in Montreal, beloved wife of the late Viktor Dummer. Her life was a testament to grace and the enduring power of family. We are blessed with powerful memories, love, and gratitude for a life beautifully lived.

Mrs. Tomandl is survived by her daughters Diana Dummer Bertozzi (Richard Bertozzi) and Gabriella Stanischewski (Claus Stanischewski), her granddaughters Kristen Victoria Bertozzi (Jean-François St-Louis), Erika Stanischewski (Fadi El-Dib), and Lisa Stanischewski (Marco Gasparrini), and her great-grandchildren Sami, Evan, Justin-David, Adam, and Tristan.

She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on January 24, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos funeral complex located at 2500 Avenue des Perron in Laval. A ceremony will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the complex's chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence Foundation would be appreciated.
