It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pearl Challenger (Ford) on November 30, 2025. Mother, Sister, Aunty, Grandma is gone but never forgotten. Pearl is leaving with love for family. She was the last of the Challenger clan.

Daughter Mona, sisters Helen, Rose and Iris, brother Stanley (late Dora) will welcome her home by God grace. 

She is survived by her children Edson Ford Jr and Evelyn Ford and her grandchildren Sara, Nezzarah, Adrianna, Eddy-James, Owen and Chad.

She is also survived by her nephews and nieces Richard, Diane, James, late Cheryl, late Sonny, late Arleen, late Lesroy, Patsy, Paulette, David and Calvin and their families and they will be forever a treasure in her heart.

Mom has a great heart, she always shower her family with gifts as a demonstration of her affection for them 💖and giving gift to her friends and neighbors.

Her motto "give now when you are alive, don't wait for tomorrow which isn't promise". 

Pearl is at Peace!! Hallelujah. 

God blessing is over her spirit. We love you, until we meet again.

The family will receive condolences on December 20, 2025, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos funeral complex located at 3955 Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal. A ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. in the chapel.
