Arjun passed away peacefully in Montreal, Quebec, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

He lived a life marked by wit, kindness, and a uniquely boisterous personality. Until the very end, he remained very intelligent and a quick thinker, offering wonderful reflections on the world’s happenings and always maintaining his characteristic infectious smile.

Arjun was a man who effortlessly made a positive impression on everyone he met. He was known for his generosity, his ability to put things into perspective with wisdom and humor, and his great appreciation for watching cricket and other sports, sharing laughs, and enjoying a cold beer and/or whiskey with good company. 

Even into his later years, he was surprisingly adept with technology and consistently used it to stay connected with his family and friends around the world.

He will be deeply missed and is survived by his many grieving family members including his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins, as well as countless dear friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, November 24, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Bourgie funeral home in Ville St-Laurent, 3955 Côte-de-Liesse, 514 734-2025.
